This policy represents the Go Conversion Terms and Conditions in its entirety and supersedes any other written or oral policy. This policy defines the terms and conditions all Go Conversion customers agree to when they sign-up for any of the online marketing services. Go Conversion reserves the exclusive right to change, amend or revise any portion of this terms and conditions at any time, with or without written notice to our customer. Customer using any services offered by Go Conversion agree to be obligated by and must comply with all policies in this terms and conditions or must otherwise opt out of and cancel their online marketing service with Go Conversion. Go Conversion retains the sole discretion to make judgment regarding any violation by any Go Conversion customer and may take action against any customer deemed to be in violation of these terms including the cancellation of any customers services without refund and/or, if deemed appropriate, be legally prosecuted.

General Provisions

In consideration for Go Conversion providing online marketing service, you, as the Go Conversion customer, agree to the following terms of service.


“We” “Us” or “Provider” or “Go Conversion” . “You” “Your” “Client” “Customer” or “Member” – Each person or entity who applies for online marketing service or is a designate of anyone who applies for online marketing service.


Go Conversion services include, but are not limited to search engine optimization, paid search advertising, social media marketing, online banner advertising, email marketing and web development. Go Conversion’s Online Marketing Services are intended to serve two main purposes: 1) to provide the Client with increased exposure on the Internet, and 2) to drive targeted online traffic to the site or any digital property


The Client agrees to pay GO Conversion for the services agreed upon the Payment Terms in the contract. Go Conversion reserves the right to suspend or cancel the online marketing service if any invoice is unpaid.

Materials and Copyright

Client will supply Go Conversion with all text, documents and other necessary materials, if applicable to the project, including but not limited to records pertaining to web site traffic, for performance of agreed upon services. Client affirms that he is the full copyright owner of such materials, or that he has obtained proper permission from the copyright owner(s) for use of such materials. Client will indemnify Go Conversion and hold Go Conversion harmless against any claims of libel, copyright, or trademark infringement brought against Go Conversion with respect to use of those materials.

Indemnification and Liability

Client agrees and acknowledges that it shall hold Go Conversion (including but not limited to all its employees, officers, shareholders, directors, agents, attorneys, vendors, affiliates, subcontractors, its parents, subsidiaries, suppliers or contract employees) harmless from any liability, loss, claims, and/or expenses related to any or all provided services.

Duration and Termination

This engagement shall commence upon execution of this agreement and shall continue and remain in effect as outlined in the original electronically signed proposal. The Client must give a 30 day cancelation notice after the initial agreement term by providing a written letter, fax, or email. A confirmation email will be acknowledged to the client as proof of cancellation. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted under any circumstances. Any payment due within the 30 day cancellation period will be billed in full.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute or difference arising between the Parties relating to this Agreement or its subject matter shall be referred to a single arbitrator to be agreed upon by the Parties. Any dispute, controversy, proceedings or claim between the Parties relating to this Agreement (including any non-contractual matters and obligations arising therefrom or associated therewith) shall be Governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Republic Of Singapore.
